Here are some general guidelines for using PayPal to purchase goods from soapworx

  • Place the product you want into your PayPal Shopping Basket by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  • This will open up your "PayPal Shopping Basket" in a new screen/browser.
  • To add additional items click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to this site and add the products to your shopping basket as before.
  • When your have finished adding to your shopping basket click the "Checkout" button.
  • If you currently have a PayPal account simply enter your PayPal password and click the "Continue" button.
  • If you do not have a PayPal account click the "continue" button which you will find on the bottom left hand side of the page.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in all the relevant boxes. Payment will be made through PayPal's secure processing system. 
  • Your credit/debit card details will not be supplied to us, only to PayPal.

  • If you do not currently have a PayPal account you will be prompted to set-up an account and enter an E-mail address and Password of your choice. This will automatically set up a PayPal account for you, whereby your e-mail address and chosen password will be your PayPal account login details.

Should you want to order in a currency not supported by PayPal, if you don't have a PayPal account or want to pay by credit card, please contact me 

or use the following method:

Payment by credit card can be made using the "add to cart" buttons on the Online shop pages which will take you to the PayPal payment page. Look on the left hand side of that page, to the bottom.

There is a "I don't have a PayPal account" and right beneath that a "continue" link which you need to click on. That allows you to put in your credit card details and payment goes through PayPal. Your credit card details is secure and does not get sent to me, only order & payment details and your email address.
