soapworx products are uniquely handmade in small volumes. You may find variation in colour, texture, weight, fragrance or packaging between batches or orders.
As these bars are hand cut the weight stated on the shop page is the minimum weight for each soap bar. Most soap bars exceed this weight.

soapworx will at all times aim to send your products to you in a safe, secure and reliable way and to deal promptly with any concern you may have regarding your order.
Postage & Packing * The postage rates when ordering online is for deliveries within the United Kingdom. * For overseas deliveries please contact me BEFORE ordering online if your parcel needs to be sent outside the UK to process postage & packing. * For UK orders soapworx uses Royal mail First class and your parcel should be received 2-3 working days after despatch. * For international orders soapworx use Royal Mail Airmail and your order should be received 5-6 working days after despatch. * International orders exceeding 2KG will be sent via Parcelforce Worldwide and may incur extra postal charges. * soapworx will contact you with details of any extra charges before proceeding with your order. * I'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. * Please note international orders despatched from the United Kingdom may incur additional import duties particularly orders destined for countries outside of the EU. soapworx cannot control or predict what these charges by local customs may be.
Royal Mail postal charges are based on weight, so you will find that by ordering eg. 1 bar of soap could cost you the same in postal charges as it would for ordering 4 bars! It would therefore be more cost effective to order more soap bars per order to save on postal charges. You can see the difference in postal charges when you go to the PayPal view my cart page and change the quantities of your order. Play with it there, your order would not go through without you knowing.
Refunds and returns
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact me to arrange either replacement, refund, postage & packing of your goods. Due to the nature of soapworx products, used or opened products can unfortunately not be accepted for return.
Cancellation of your order
Should you change your mind about your order, please contact me within seven working days of receipt. You will be asked to safely return the goods at your expense and soapworx will then make a refund to you. This refund may be reduced should the goods be returned part-used, incomplete or damaged.
